IMPORTANT DATES:

Semester Award Programs - The Semester Award Program is usually scheduled for the Tueday before the start of final exams, from 7:00 to 9:00PM in the Angus Bruneau Theatre.
Discipline presentations to Engineering One students - see Co-op Office

FORMS:

Change of Grade - General Instructions, Form for Engineering - Completed form must be printed, signed and submitted to the ADUGS Administrative Assistant.
Textbook Orders - Instructions, Textbook Order Form - Completed forms should be submitted to the Academic Program Assistant.

ROOM RESERVATIONS:

You may request a reservation by emailing the desired room number (EN-xxxx), date and time to engr@mun.ca.
Click HERE to view the rooms in the engineering building that may be reserved through by staff in the undergraduate office.
Please note that the security certificate warning message can be ignored. Select "Continue to this website" to view the page.
Any other classrooms in the building are controlled by Academic Room Bookings. Please allow extra time when requesting a room controlled by Academic Room Bookings.
