FAQ #2: I lost some parts from my WTW kit ...

1. Contact us and we will make suggestion on where to buy replacement parts or an alternative part that will work equally as well.
   
   
2. If a part cannot be replaced locally, we will send you a new part for the cost of the part and postage.

Our manufacturing process has a system of checks and rechecks to ensure each kit has all required parts before being shipped.
