Bio

I have been involved with the faculty of engineering at Memorial since 1999. Upon completion of my Electronics Engineering Technology Diploma, I entered the Bridging program and received my Computer Engineering degree in 2004.

After a two-year stint in the real-world as a Software Engineer, I returned to begin a Masters program researching underwater communications for sea-floor sensor networks. After a year I began working as a Reasearch Engineer with the SEAformatics project.

I am currently a Research Lab Coordinator with the CREAIT network of Memorial University. I am with the MERLIN lab, which operates an Explorer AUV. Along with field operations and research, the lab develops and provides access to AUV technology to the research communinity; both within and outside the University.

Along with my work I am a part-time Masters student and a sessional Instructor with the faculty of Engineering.
