Students:

you agree that you indeed permitted to use the
Teaching Machine.

Although we think it's pretty cool, we
want you to know that the Teaching Machine
is not perfect.  It does not conform to the
ISO standard for C++ nor to the Java Language
Specification.  We hope you'll enjoy and
benefit from its use, but we can't warrant
its fitness for any purpose. By accepting this
license agreement, you agree that you will not
hold us responsible for any damages.

You do not have the right to distribute this
software further. You may install it on any
computers that you own, but may not distribute
it in any other way. By accepting this
license agreement, you agree that you will not
redistribute our software and will take due
care to see that it is not obtained by others.
