Welcome NRPOP new student Ms. Min Yang May 7, 2018 NRPOP new student Ms. Min Yang from China registered in the PhD program of civil engineering on May 7th, 2018. She starts her graduate study in NRPOP from this spring semester. Ms. Yang received her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Hubei Polytechnic University, China in 2014, and her Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology, China in 2017.
